The Inspiration
My true inspiration for starting my own spa began during my mother’s courageous 9 year battle with cancer. She passed away at a very young age of 47. I was 26 at the time. She absolutely loved going to the spa and being pampered. Unfortunately during this time she went through a lot of changes, and was even bound to a wheelchair for some of it. What we found was a not so welcoming experience for her because she no longer fit into the mold of what type of woman would come into a Spa setting. She was greeted at times by service professionals that were pretentious, self serving and not always experienced or interested in serving women with special conditions.
I made a promise to her that someday I would open my own spa that would make it our mission to make every woman and man that walked through the door feel welcomed and special regardless of their body type, health or income level. It took me almost 19 years but I finally created Julian Reese Spa, in O’Fallon, Missouri, named after my twins that never had the privilege to meet their amazing Grandmother.
Here we strive for the goal of helping everybody feel and look better inside and out with kindness and generosity at the most affordable price.

At the age of almost 50 I’ve seen a lot during my career in the beauty business and unfortunately some of it can be “not so pretty.” However, most of it is “pretty amazing!”
We have created a neutral and relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to feel beautiful so we offer our services at a more affordable price than our competitors. Julian Reese Spa is conveniently located in O’Fallon on Highway K near Highway N. You will find us in the Crossroads Shopping Plaza, across from Dierbergs and Club Fitness.
